Shipping information

Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 72 hours during high volume times to receive a response from our team. 

If the package is undeliverable because of missing or incomplete information, the cost of resending the package will be invoiced to the customer. Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive tracking information to show its location.

Kuts Deep is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend using a safe and secure delivery location when checking out. If you have an issue with a lost or stolen package, please contact the shipper directly.

Cancellations & returns

Kuts Deep prides itself on slow fashion with quality products.To continue our mission of minimal waste and a concentration on high quality clothing, we offer a return for store credit only. Returns must be sent within 30 days of receipt of the product in order to receive store credit. Return credit cannot be applied towards future sales and/or promotions.

Please note that orders cannot be cancelled.
